I don't really have that much time either, and my english vocabulary sometimes fails me, so I won't be able to do that.

Magnuis was just making an example. Basically his point being that he didn;t want people to say that they could work a certain number of hours and not hold up to that. I would say around 1 hour a day would be suffucuant...if that.
