I have been looking for an IDE that allows me to write TI 84 BASIC code and compile it to a .8xp file. Ive heard that JalCC is good but I cant find it on the home site. Most of the links i try return a 404 not found page. Does anyone have a good link or the actual JalCC files?

well I actually have Jalv2 in my folders. I don't know the difference of jal and jalcc.
But I was never able to make jal work as a TI-BASIC IDE...
And I have found the site like you.

Sorry, because it is not great help. I tried to search for some mirror and failed now and some time ago...

If you want to do TI-BASIC on computer and send to the calculator try this solutions:
http://www.cemetech.net/projects/basicelite/sourcecoder2.php
or search for TIProgrameditor and download. You will need TI-Connect for this one.
