Today I took a look at ratefile.cgi and with only a few problems successfully converted it to ratefile.php. After working on archives.php as well, I made it that you can go to any file page in the new archives system (available here) and rate a file, as long as you are logged in as a Cemetech member. The feature to submit reviews for specific files is the next item on my To Do list. I also fixed the problem with download statistics not being sorted, and the statistics are now fully implemented. Once again, feel free to post on the forum if you have any problems, comments, or suggestions.
