2014-01-28 Shaun "Merthsoft" McFall has paid our hosting bill for the next 12 months. We appreciate his generosity, and he requests that in return no one even think of discussing putting advertisements on the site.

We're happy to have you join our large group of curious students and skilled teachers. Cemetech is a place to learn to program with graphing calculators or computers, to learn electronics, to show off projects and ask for help and feedback, and to teach others your passions. Participation from the commuinity at large (including you!) thrives when everyone follows our unofficial motto, "quality over quantity". In other words, if you have a cool project to show off, tell us as much as you can, and include as many pieces of source code, schematics, and photos as possible. Do you have a question? We'd love to answer, but give as much detail as you can so we can help, and ideally, tell us what you already tried.

But enough about us: we want to know about you. We ask that you do the following:
* Please introduce yourself! We have a topic for that purpose at http://www.cemetech.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4925
* Post up your ongoing or completed projects in the Your Projects subforum: https://www.cemetech.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=4
* Upload your completed programs and projects to our Archives for others to download: https://www.cemetech.net/programs/
* Learn about the tools we offer, like the SourceCoder 3 online BASIC and ASM editor (IDE), the jsTIfied online calculator emulator, and our books and tutorials for learning programming and more: https://www.cemetech.net/tools/

See you around on Cemetech!

Sincerely,
Christopher Mitchell ("Kerm Martian")

2016-01-12 The Doors CS/CSE/CE Wiki can now be reached at either http://dcs.cemetech.net or https://www.cemetech.net/dcs , and WikiPrizm can now be reached at either http://prizm.cemetech.net or https://www.cemetech.net/prizm . MediaWiki has also been upgraded.
2016-02-20 Several updates to Cemetech's teaching tools and reference materials are underway, including the aforementioned wiki updates. I'd like to particularly thank Elfprince13 for the spiffy-looking wiki tabs now visible in https://www.cemetech.net/dcs and https://www.cemetech.net/prizm .
2016-02-20 In addition, SourceCoder 3 has been undergoing a significant overhaul of its interface. Button icons have been replaced with crisper SVG alternatives, and the use of Javascript to compute layout has been mostly removed.
2016-02-20 Elfprince13's original SVG icon sheet for Cemetech 6.5 has been completed and restored. It can be seen in use on the small page icons, new post and new reply icons, and elsewhere on the forums. Other icons will be gradually transitioned when we have time.
