Yes, it has already been documented that the fxCG-10/20 have a 32MB flash chip. 16 MB is the file system and the other 16MB is for the boot loader, recovery code, and OS (not all is used - future OS expansion).

Aye, I took a couple of photographs when I opened up my Prizm as well, although I can't seem to find them at the moment. I was particularly sad to notice that it didn't seem to have unpopulated SD card pads anywhere.

Did the normal 9860 have any? Because there was a version that had an SD card slot...

The SD version was exactly the same as the non-SD version, except that the SD hardware is not included.
