I wish it would do "quotes" and text wrapping(plus other text characters).

What, Document DE? It can do both quotes and text wrapping. Have you checked out Document DE 7, or are you working with some ancient version?

What did you have to do manually? Add text wrapping? Or line breaks? You can clearly see that it's wrapping lines, otherwise the text would be flowing off the right side of the screen. Do you mean it makes a mistake with regular or smart quotes?
What I meant was line breaks. Silly me.

It should automatically convert \r\n and \n line breaks; are you using a Mac? If so, use Notepad++ to change the EOL encoding to Linux or Windows.
