How do you keep your fitness good even though you (maybe) use
many hours a day computers (smartphone, PC, computer).
I mean unhealthy things like generally looking at displays for too long,
staying awake whole nights (e. g., writing programs or surfing the internet),
poor body posture, poor nutrition (many fast food), to little movement...

You can enjoy computer programming and still be fit. For example, MateoConLechuga, a prominent maintainer of the TI-84 Plus CE C toolchain, likes to go on hikes. I personally don't live a healthy lifestyle, but that doesn't have to be the case. As far as the listed habits themselves go, moderation is key.
Most people would set aside time to be on a computer.
A computer geek needs to set aside time to be AWAY from the computer 🙂
Even a nice walk through the park is a nice way to stay active but also think about things in a peaceful manner. These can still be computer/programming related things lol.
Where park? no park. or is park? not always park. not always want park. park bad park good.

Pls ban me I cant act normal
I usually set my day to go biking a day or two each week despite my unhealthy screen time schedule. You can still be on the computer everyday, but it's also important to take break days. It might be different for you, as some people prefer to take breaks each hour (for example one hour on, one hour off the computer, etc..) And you also don't even have to play sports or do hobbies like hiking or biking, you can easily just take a walk in the park each day (like tr1p1ea said) and be able to be healthy.
If there is public transport in your area, in good weather days one option is to hop off one stop earlier and then walk/run rest of the trip. I do also biking some times a week (when there is no snow in ground), go bit to gym and try to avoid elevators etc.
One motivation to go to gym or similar is to strengthen your muscles so that it is easier to sit in front of computer and you won't get back pain etc so easy.
EDIT: Anyway, whatever excercise you are willing to do, start slowly because injuries can cut short those, you don't need to do 10k steps every day, that was originally some pedometer marketing campaign in Japan, even fewer step count makes wonders to health, as long it is not just from bed to computer and computer to toilet / refridgerator and back, depends on your condition, few thousand steps make already some changes.
