The Dalek where sent to The Void in the last season, if I recall correctly.

You sir, are out of touch with season's 4 and 5.
ComicIDIOT, no, that was about four seasons ago. 😛 Last season they rebuilt themselves as the Power Ranger Daleks (five colors), then disappeared into the Universe. Regarding the remembering, I found they had a bit of inconsistency with that whole "even disappears from electronics" things - why aren't the hand-embedded recorders and Amy's videophone affected?

Haha, nice, that works too. Taste the extermination rainbow!
Personally, I'd rather see Daleks with Zords than Daleks with rainbow power. Also, for the record, pretty colors aren't brand new for Daleks.

Wow, I hand no idea that the Daleks had gone through quite so many variations and refinements. Shock Thanks for sharing that!
There aren't as many pretty pictures in the article as there used to be, but they've definitely been around the block 😉
Elfprince, Kerm: Is that so? I've really got to rewatch S5 then.

My only assumption is that The Silence can only affect memories, not replications. They can't stop you from recording them but they can stop you from remembering that recording, only has long as they are visible, to which the audio is unaffected. Not sure if the video at the end will be remembered.

Also, any ideas how Amy's voice got infused with her palm recorder?

And S4.

And S3! The Daleks and Cybermen got sucked into the Void at the end of Season 2. Regarding the palm recorder, the Doctor said it formed a telepathic link to the speech centers of your brain, so I guess that sort of explains it.
Oh, I must have missed that part.

I don't own S4 or S3, so I guess I'm SOL there ☚ī¸

Yes, but S3 doesn't have any Dalek or Cyberman action.

Oh wait, lies.
Lies indeed. Gogogo Daleks in Manhattan and horribly-emulated New York accents. 😁

Also Captain Panaka vs the Daleks!

Captain Panaka? Shock What are you talking about? But Doctor Who today huzzah!
So, for those who watched, what were your thoughts?

I found the episode quite enjoyable. With the pirate captain having taken command of the ship, I wonder now if we shall be seeing them again?

Questions of the episode:

-Why did the EMH, for lack of a better term, take the TARDIS? I wasn't aware of it being injured.

-What is up with the woman (?) that appears to Amy roughly 25 minutes in? She seems like a nurse. "It's time. You're doing fine. Just stay calm." This is definitely a point in her future when she is giving birth, don't you think?

I found it rather amusing when the pirate started telling the Doctor what everything did on the TARDIS. I think that was probably the best part of the episode.
I too am wondering that about the pirate captain! Now we have both Jenny and the pirate captain that flew off on ships directly or indirectly because of the Doctor, epic hijinks to occur at some point in the future? Good question about the TARDIS being injured! I wonder how the Siren-doctor appeared to the TARDIS! 😁

Re: The person on the door: that was the same woman who appeared on the door of the room where the little girl/astronaut was being held in the Day of the Moon, remember?
It was the same nurse.

Also, I re-watched the first episode, how was River unable to hit the Astronaut but Amy could in the second episode. Doesn't river have impecable aim?

Nothing stood out to me in this episode, except from the already pointed out and the pregnancy test at the end.

I suspect that that has something to do with the distance of the shot.
We don't know she didn't hit the thing, all we know is she didn't damage it enough to stop it.

I'm thinking the nurse lady is extremely significant to the next few episodes.
