could use some help with DS wi-fi connection

Everytime I try to set up my DS so I can use nintendo WI-FI I keep on getting "Nintendo DS error code 51099" and I cant figure out the problem and before you ask, we have WEP, my dad set it up as WEP. My router is Netgear and it not listed as incompatible. And I am putting the WEP key in right... help

Have you checked Google yet. There seems to be some good trouble shooting there for this error code.

yep Sad nothing seemed to have worked, I guess my best bet is to get a USB adapter, but now I need to know what is the one I should get (as seen in the link in my previous post)

Good luck, hope it helps. I would still try to track down that error code on Google, though.
I hope so, everything seems to just repeat itself, I guess tifreak was right, nintendo wi-fi is unreliable

I'd be inclined to think that it's equally likely you're dealing with mismatched security settings, but whatever you say. Smile
