The reason that schedule doesn't exhaust me is I like to go to sleep early and then arise early anyway.

I work fine on anywhere from 6-7 hours of sleep. 😛 Bed ~12:00, 12:30 and then get up at 6:00 to get ready for school (starts at 7:30, I get there around 7:00) and on the wekkends I get up anywhere from 6:00-8:00.
