As the title says: do you want a battery indicator light?
Consider the pricing, the usefulness, etc. when choosing.
Note that the light can be under the power button, on the top, etc. (no actual decision yet), and
that the software can also display the battery levels at the same time (with the LED included).
A battery indicator light? Not at all. It's a pointless waste of battery for a device like this.
I agree. Better to do it onscreen (but in a non-obtrusive way).

Indeed. Just to be clear, did you mean a power LED or a single or series of LEDs to indicate the current charge level of the battery? Either way I vote no.
My idea was a light under the ON button, but others who suggested it in the first place had a different idea.

Ah, fair enough. I think any indicator LEDs are a needless waste of battery on a device like this, personally.
