When I try to load the map from my addon:

"You do not have the correct version of FreeBuild or the related art needed to connect to this server, please contact the server operator to obtain the latest version of this game (Invalid packet.)"
That usually means you're missing artwork. Look in the console.

Ah yes, I remember that from the early days back when I was first creating BL-Sahara, my undersea map, and CemetechCities 1 and 2.
When I press ~ to show the console 2 bars appear and nothing else.
Use OS X's Console application.
I use Windows.

I second this recommendation, although I would also like to know why the console didn't work for you.
We do have Macs but I only use them when I don't have enough time to boot up my computer.

If you have LDraw on your computer, it is worth pointing the preference to the right place so you don't have to close out the dialog box every time you start the game.

We had to remove the blackholegun stuff a while back. Looks like the rest of the datablocks need to be cleared out.

You're using ~/ paths aren't you? Tsk. Tsk. You need to specify the full path to the texture you want. Either in core/data/ or mods/Australia/data/ or in the data directory for a mod listed as one of your dependencies.
You told me to have init.cs blank.

I don't know whats wrong with my terrain block....... EDIT: The default path for the terrain is ~/ so that's why.

and I'll check about those paths.

EDIT 2: Well, I can spawn now. Only problem is that my display drivers and FB crashes.

Makes sense. Would you consider it probably that the terrain problems are to blame for his FB crash on spawn?
I spawned for a while, and it seemed like it was loading up my surrounding and the water.... then my monitor started flickering and then Windows said "Display Drivers Failed" blahblah and FB had crashed.
