yes, probably under the server settings. Although, we will probably wind up changing the admingui anyway...
like the floating/overlapping blocks, build anywhere toggleswitch.

I kinda like the low jump height. better movement control.

this map yes..I will most likely be making my own personal modifications to it (random interiors all over the place), like the flatmap I use on ToB2.0
