And i really want one of those....just imagine putting a brand new system in there (incase you didn't notice its running CS source, hehe) and taking it to a lanparty or something, lol
Laughing That's a good idea...LAN parties r0xx0r. Smile

@Ult Dev are you talking about me with the incandescent lights? Neutral

@everyone: tell me wat is wrong with this situation:

I have a NetGear 802.11b wireless router hooked up to my main comp [the one im posting on right now] and my DSL modem. I have a laptop with a D-Link 802.11g [with backward compatability] inserted into it. Everything is on and running. The router is sending signal, and my wireless card is receiving it [11mps/Excellent] However I cannot browse the internet..I tried with both IE and FF, but i cant go anywhere.... Sad Sad

Any ideas? Neutral
did you get any software or drivers with the cable modem? perhaps you should install them.
<dsl modem>
I think so, it was a verizon cd, hmmmmmm
maybe ur right
Check how many packets you're sending and receiving.

Edit: What do the packets have to do with my problem?
I dont have my laptop setup right now with Wireless network...America's Army doesn't accept routers when hosting a server.....so I cant check right now...more soon tho Smile

To see if you're getting traffic from your router; and it doesn't matter if you have a router or not, as long as you open a port on your router and have America's Army connect through that to your server Smile

@pat: I see you bought ther new case Cool I can tell that it's made by Aspire because it looks very similar to mine Neutral (minus the fifty feet of cable clutter Razz Laughing j.k)
