...Because that sucks too much power Smile
omg stop telling me that everything is useless omg i think ur worthless
o btw the 1s that r for cpus rnt 200 watts, unless ur a retard tryin to usem thyre about 60 or so, and the ratio of size of the lil 1s to the big 1s makes em about equal when u put lots of lil 1s together
buy a decent pelt then!!! don't buy it just cause the dude at the store said it was good. Do your own research online!!!!

@ultdev, yes, it sucks alot of power, which is why most TEC/pelt setups use a second psu for the pelt alone

what? i couldn't understand that.....can you refrase with less abbreviations?
perhaps he doestn ralize the size of a barton core, its .38" by like .40" thats y ppl say to use the smaler 1s. plus idc cuz now i have sum pretty cool things to experiment with Wink

Hmm...then why not just cool with liquid nitrogen? (I had a friend who had a friend who attempted to do that in his garage; he made a mistake and completely froze over everything in there Laughing)
see if i was gonna go a seccond psu i might as well use full water colling. i dont wana have to take that all apart everytime i need to go sumwhere with my comp

@Kllrnohj: u needa either stop complainin about my typin, or u better learn spanish slang and abreviations cuz ima start usin it. wut u major in english or sumthin?
because ln2 doesn't last, silly. a TEC/Pelt lasts as long as your WC setup

Oh, and you'd usually want a TEC/Pelt that matches the size of your watercooling block, so that you can fit it with minimal problems, and has the largest possible surface to transfer heat

no, that sentence honostly did not make any sense. I dont' care if you abreviate, just make sure the sentence is still correct.

that r for cpus rnt 200 watts ~ That are for CPUs aren't 200watts.

"That are for"? "CPUs aren't 200watts"? what are you trying to say!?!?!?!?

if your talking TDM, then you don't want your cooling to match your CPU's output (which in modern procs are up to 120 for P4's), because then it would be at room temp. You'd want more cooling to drop the temps beyond room temp.

And you should have a "full watercooling" setup before you use a pelt.....Air cooling a pelt doesn't work too well
" the 1s that r for cpus rnt 200 watts" makes perfect sense btw
"los unos q son de CPU no son 200 vatios"
OK, I think we've all established this now. Shall we move on? Smile
ima upgrade my mobo, cpu and ram any suggestions? i kno i wanna do a 64, im leanin towards a msi mobo, but idk if i should do sli or not, i already have a really nice vid card, but its agp. and for ram i want ddr400, im thinkin maybe corsair xms 1gig, and later get another stick of it
wut u think?
Sounds hot to me...
but thats already rather pricey, the ram alone is like $100 the cpu will be expensive, and the mobo $140+ and if i do sli, ill have to get a new graphics card, and im gonna wanna get a good 1 off the bat, but i have 1 of the best 1s there is right now Sad so i wont settle for anything weaker, im thinkin the msi gforce 6600ct will do good tho, but $$
Gar. $$ indeed...
i recommend waiting a little while

AMD is going to introduce a new socket (M2) with DDR2 support. I'm waiting for that, and then I'll grab a dual-core chip along with upgrading the rest of my system
how long till msi maked a board for it u think? asus will probly do it 1st
Coool. I'm thinking of getting a new laptop - any suggestions?
u goin for low cost or high performance?
