Is uti down for everyone? I takes too long to respond for me.

It responds but then drops the connection. This is nothing to be terribly worried about, though; UTI seems to go down like this at least twice a year. Could be a problem with another site on the server; that physical server hosts a huge number of sites.

Yeah, it's back now for me too, must have just been a brief outage.

Yes the graphics are every so slightly different. This is "Blueglass 3.0" as opposed to the previous 2.0.

To clarify things, I was talking with AlienCC as he was fighting with it. It kept giving errors, which I am guessing was being caused either by the portal or the download section, which both are obviously gone.

I think the new looks are kinda nice.. gives things a slightly nicer, sleeker look..
i agree, UTI looks nice now, just in time for the new year!

I agree with you there, tifreak and metagross, although I don't see a huge difference.
