I really need help, does anyone know how to put images in a video.
Example: When you are watching the news and the image related to the story comes up next to the anchors head.
Please help!

You have to have a video editing program that lets you do that. It will vary from program to program, so consult whatever video editing tool you are using's manual/howto documentation (and/or jfgi)
Windows Movie Maker can do that... as much as I hate to advocate Microsoft, it does work...
I believe I could easily do it using macromedia flash 8.
Or for those Linux users, there's Kino.
