This is actually so exciting. It'll be interesting to see how the zero calculator is able to compete against this in markets.
@Genisis and anyone else. The calc isn't fake, the photos of the calc on ti.com are fake. (I saw the Amazon page before taken down), Also C wont be to hard as there is a 99% its arm and arm has lots of tools.

That image doesn't show the Evo.

Until I see a pic I won't believe it. As they say seeing is believing.
Here is some proof. although they rolled back to the old image now. You can see the calc in the following link here.
If seeing is believing, this screenshot should be enough. Another thing to help you believe is the fact that multiple people have already ordered the completely real calculator.

I can be very confident that this is not fake: the Amazon listing (before it was pulled) was quite official. But, I think we could make our own?
More proof it's not fake: Mateo, Kerm, and adriweb all preorded it on the quite real (taken down) amazon listing.
its interesting that ti went back to the icon based menu like the ti 89t and the casio calculators.
i wonder what other surprises we are in for

I wonder if the calculator will have support for a document system like on the TI-Nspire series. I do hope that it retains the external mechanical keyboard support of the TI-84 plus CE and its python sister
I wonder what the little money / currency icon on the home screen will lead to.
Edit by Merth: Consolidate double post.

Presumably the Finance app.

I’m telling you from experience, the icon menu is an absolute pain to use when you just want to open a new app quickly. I use my TI-89T daily and the old list based menu is so much faster and more convenient to use.
If they add an icon menu it better accept numeric shortcuts.

Unfortunately, due to budget cuts the Evo will only support Membrane keyboards. To gain access to mechanical keyboard support, colored graphing, the Exact math engine, and more, please purchase the Ti-84 Evo Plus Pass.

That's why it isn't TI-84 Plus Evo. You have to purchase the Plus.
If you would like the exact answer feature, more graphing styles, and more memory, please pay the $15/month plus subscription for your calculator.

For access to Assembly Programs and CAS, pay a $50/year subscription or pay a $200 one time purchase.
Hey, I found a (still functioning at the time of this post) link to a Amazon post of the TI-84 Evo, unfortunately with a swapped-out image of a TI-84 Plus CE Python. Still a good find because it retains some information for those looking to see the original appearance of the listing.
Amazon: (As of right now, still up)
https://www.amazon.in/dp/B0G8SFR7DH
On Internet Archive:
https://web.archive.org/web/20260130015551/https://www.amazon.in/TI-84-Evo-Graphing-Calculator-White/dp/B0G8SFR7DH
This should be pretty cool for a new calculator, despite the similar appearance to the predecessor, the TI-84 Plus CE (Python)
Thanks!!
