Well, there's your problem.

TI patched the main method of installing homebrew applications with this update, and you can't go back to the last version you had. It's all thanks to all the morons who would rather play games and use AI to cheat than actually learn basic mathematics.

I would guess that these solutions are not going to be helpful, and that this was kind of a necropost, because ReotheProto has posted only this post, and this was 5 months ago. There are literally zero signs of this users still using cemetech.
