If you go into downloads, sort by "Newest first", and go to page 49, you see the file "Battle V2.0", and below, it says "Published: 1970-01-01 00:00 UTC". This date does not seem correct, and even more, when was Battle V1.0 made?
That would be Battle v2.0, and good catch - 00:00 on January 1, 1970 is the beginning of the Unix epoch, i.e., zero in Unix timestamps.

I have noticed that some comments on the archives are set to Unix Epoch as well, like this comment on the analog clock program:
Yep, that's because the old review system didn't record the date/time of those reviews. We don't have anything to put there, but it would be a little more user-friendly to say something like "date unknown" or even leave the field blank.
