I know that some versions of the calculator come with 128K of RAM, and that flash apps can access the extra RAM with some assembly trickery (TI-BOY SE comes to mind)
Is it even theoretically possible to make TI-OS aware of the other 104k of RAM?
You would have to heavily patch the OS, AFAIK.
In my opinion, you'd be better off trying to build your own clone with 16MB RAM and 2GB Flash with a modern microcontroller rather than putting in the effort to access that 104K.
