Is this a misprint?
MyCalcs told me that "AF" hardware revisions don't exist.

Here's the only thing I found: There is a reddit post with someone mentioning the ID L-0625AF: https://www.reddit.com/r/ti84hacks/comments/1n27idr/my_first_ti_calc/

I believe you are simply one of the first people to receive a revision AF CE. The warning is either for those who extended the known range of a revision, made a typo, or in your case, received a previously undocumented revision. Congrats!
