Just a thought, I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts about running android or android apps on the TI Nspire, is it possible, does anyone know anything about how to?
You can kinda off make knock offs of apps for it but emulation of the andriod software is so beyond the nspire
limitation because of it small memory and processor.

This question is about the TI-Nspire, not the "ti84s".
Considering that the nSpire CX isn't capable of full-speed GBA emulation, definitely not.

nSpire CX II specs:
Memory/RAM is 64MB.
Storage is at least 90MB.
Processor clock speed is 396 MHz.
Resolution is 320 x 240 with 16-bit colour.
And yet it was done many years ago on CX hardware.
In CX II it would be faster nowadays.

See https://tiplanet.org/forum/viewtopic.php?short=1&t=16865&lang=en for details.

Of course this is more of a technical demo than something very usable but...
Well, colour me impressed!

The weakest Android phone I know of is an Alcatel OT-890, which has a 420MHz MediaTek processor and 256MB RAM, with Android 2.1. I didn't know it was possible on anything much weaker, but... here we are.
now run android on a scientific calculator Wink

(this is a joke if you couldn't tell)

android on the TI30 XS would be wild, but I have always wanted to take apart a scientific calculator and use it for something (like the LCD or some part of it)
