I took my SATs again Saturday. When I got to the test center, the instructor told us to set out our calcs so she could come around and check them. I was sporting my TI-84+SE's blue slidecase and faceplate. When I looked over to my left, I saw a guy pull out a regular 84+ with a yellow slide case and yellow back case (the one that is screwed on). Upon further gazing, I saw that his battery case was clear, too. I asked him where he got the case, and he said it was a school calc. They replaced the back cover and battery case so no one could steal it.
That's a risky move for the school in western PA (Pittsburgh Steelers Country). Some people would steal the calcs
because of the black and yellow case.
they have a 7.5ft I/O cable on the site, think of the fun one could have with that.
Your second and third links just come up to the website's frame.
And I didn't see any of the back cases (The ones you have to screw on). Only the slide cases.

/me rofls
That cable came with my very first calc, my TI-83. It's great for CALCnet2.
@Harq: Oh, you mean the entire CASE was a different color?
Gimme!
yeah, they only have slide cases there it seems, ah well.

Yeah, I want one to match my faceplate and slide case.
And I'm foamy, btw.
I suppose you could always take a mold of the case and recast a case yourself. I think Ultimate Dev'r was considering doing that at some point, if I remember correctly.
@Foamy: Whoops.
either that, or a good layer of paint would do that trick.

Or just paint the case.
EDIT: 0x5, I was 5 seconds too slow.
I tried that; even with several coats and some varnish it tends to crack and flake off far too easily.
84+SEs have interchangeable faceplates

still need one for mine though...

I had a new faceplate and slidecase withing 2 weeks of owning my 84+SE
I have a friend (who's not a calc-aholic) who painted his calculators slide with flames. It's really cool looking and pwns my unmodified 84.
you can buy the calcs with different backs, but I don't think they sell the backs alone...
I just traded my SE slide for a BE slide with a friend, looks pretty pimpin.

Yep; never got around to doing it due to lack of $$$
As for painting the case, one could always use vinyl dye...*hint* *hint*
Or a Dremel and shoe polish! Custom filled engraving.

What would you use to set the shoe polish so that it wouldn't come off?

Thats just because you suck at painting
Seriously though, paint would work just fine if done right...
