Thanks that's a relief.

In addition to that when i try to download the python app (which diappeared after the reset) the calculator goes to a white screen. After turning it on and off again theres no python.

I used https://ticonnectce.latealways.dev/

Its webbased, I cant use the regular Ti-Connect and not even the one for chrome OS.

I've seen Critors posts on the CerMastr but the numbers on the top did not correspoond so I refrained from doing anything, since I dont want to damage the calculator.

The top numbers are:

037 020805 - These are the ones that were supposed to be 0?
(03) u f >

0b0 454E47C49534800
(08) E N G L I S H

This is exaktly how it looks
Those are fine. But to put Python back, you'll have to follow the steps here: https://www.cemetech.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=301456#301456

although I guess it's slightly different in your case but close enough.
Ok thanks
It didnt work. After the python field where it was supposed to say 0.50 a bunch of 0000 anf FFFF:s popped up after it. I tried to continue as instructed but it didnt work. After I flashed it the calculator froze and when I hit the reset button it was a white screen.

I restarted it and I connected it to my compuer and it still says SerCertNotSet (I checked and this is exaktly what my computer identifies the calculator as)

But now when I check CerMastr It does say "Python chip avaidable"
But my calculator still doesent recieve it properly. It says: "Recieving Python app" and then it just stopps and returns to the regular calculator view.

Did I do something wrong or did I skip a step?
This is how CerMastr looks like now:

037 020805
(03) u f >
0b0 454E474C49534800
(08) E N G L I S H
(043) FF033F0000002FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF - Continues to the edge of the screen
(500 0(u1? u - Its a little blurry here, this is what I could make out.
033
(02)

Ive tried to make it as detailed as possible.
I mean, it's also simpler if you just share a picture Smile

The 43 field is clrearly corrupted, it should just contain a P, to make python available. You could try deleting it then recreating it afterwards

Alr this link should take you to a picture. This is what I was trying to explain. But I think youre right, Its probably corrupted.

But could you please specify what do delete. Just the 043 row and then just replace it? Or start over following all steps from the begining?
I tried doing it only with the 043 row but then it showed the same text again. So I just stopped and didnt change anything with it.
A new version of CerMastr will be released soon, that can deal better with corrupted certificates. It should work better in your case then
Ok could you please notify me then, by posting a reply here?

Very Happy
Any updates yet?

Its been a couple of weeks

I'd really appreciate if you would respond even if nothing new has happened...

Very Happy
Things are still happening, don't worry. But the new version isn't out yet.
Alr, Thanks!

I just wanted to add that on the "corrupted line with the FF:s". When i press deefault a P appears. The FF:S dont disappear but a P is added.

If youd like I'll send a picture.
When do you think the next version will be out?
Heres what i mean:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1CPVXwUDRKYyg0iBGuEatJTFXIHJ_F46t/view?usp=drive_link

When i select the corrupted line and then press default a P appears among the FF:s and all the other numbers.
A new major CerMastr update has just been released :
https://tiplanet.org/forum/archives_voir.php?id=1581757

It should behave better in the context of already corrupted certificates.
Ok and now I should follow the previous instructions? Ill delete both the 0x43 field and the 033 field and follow all the steps. Right?

I just want to be sure. Smile
I tried following the instructions, but when I pressed [Default] on the x0x43 field, it displayed a "P".
I remember when I had CERMASTR 2.0, it worked completely fine.
Now, it displays a [P], two spaces, an [n] and then "infinite" [FF]s.
Well it's probably further proof that something is messed up in there.
You could try removing the field(s) and recreating the Python one (inside the parent one iirc)
If you can provide me (privately) a backup of your current certificate state, I should be able to load it on the emulator and test how to fix it in a safe way.

The ROM dumper from CEmu should work.
