You already can (if you are willing to sacrifice all but around 300mb of your memory)! The port of khicas to the CE contains a fully working python interpreter! You can download it here: https://github.com/KhiCAS/ti-ce

In short, not really.
You could write your own Python implementation from scratch but it'd be even slower and more limited than a Python Edition (which is already abysmally slow and limited).
Edit: From my limited understanding of KhiCAS, the syntax it uses is described as Python-like but doesn't appear to be a complete Python implementation.

Im actually currently working on a compiler for python for the calc, so far its pretty limited but EVENTUALLY I will be posting the finished result, or atleast something better then what I have right now.
