Hello I know I've just had stupid ideas in the past and knew nothing. But now I am starting work on a new game in ICE. I am making my game a top-down shooter/Lazer-tag. It will feature a character that you can move around a map and shoot enemies with your Lazer. I am doing this all on calc in my free time and during my math class lol Razz anyway, I have all the tools I need including a sprite and icon creator, and color picker. I have designed basic temporary sprites. I need some help with rotating them though. I want the sprite to point in the direction the user presses on the D-pad.
Here is my GitHub repo with the source and a compiled version https://github.com/hashtag-source/LAZERCE

Also, please can someone help me with understanding tiles, and is there a program on calc for making them? I would also appreciate any links for good tutorials/explanations.
Thanks, Cemetechnicians. Very Happy
I am pretty sure ICE has a rotatesprite( command

Yes it does but it can't do what I want properly without some code to figure out how much to rotate back in forth
This sounds like fun! Do you have any screenshots you could share?

Yes but it's nothing worth showing since it's all place holders.
