Sonicup not working

I tried to download sonicup to play on my TI-84 Plus CE but when I tried to put in the celtic 3 variable it said it was not for my calculator am I doing something wrong or do I have to jailbreak and downgrade my calculator
Celtic 3 is for monochrome screen TI-83 Plus and TI-84 Plus calculators. Assuming you mean https://www.ticalc.org/archives/files/fileinfo/418/41849.html then that's not for the CE either.

If your TI-84 Plus CE is running OS 5.5.x or higher, then once you find actual CE games you'll need to jailbreak the calculator with ArTIfiCE to install Cesium or ASMHOOK.
