It depends which addins you want.
Without any extra addins installed, it uses up 0/16 MB of storage memory.
However, the fx-CG50 does have a few extra addins installed by default, possibly including the 3d graphing, conversion, picture plot, probability, distribution, and the aforementioned physium addin.
I'm not sure which are on the calculator when you buy it - but you can delete them and download them again from their website.
Note that the 16 MB of storage does not include the math application or anything else built into the operating system.

Ahh I see, thanks! That makes me a bit more confident that 16MB of memory is enough for every app I want + CGDoom (https://www.planet-casio.com/Fr/forums/topic16834-1-cgdoom-pour-graph-90e-serie-doom-et-autres-jeux-3d.html).
