Hi, one student tried to enter in the python screen but the screen appear this message:
currently, it is not possible to shutdown with 2nd + on. Anyone has the same issue? Many thanks in advance
Looks like the very-low battery is preventing some parts to function properly...? In this case, the update of the firmware on the python co-processor.
I'd suggest resetting the calc with the button on the back, then leave it to charge for a few hours, then try again.

The student recharged the calculator and he was able to use the Python App without any issue.
