DecBot karma page doesn't support links

The DecBot web viewer and API don't handle name links in URLs. For example, http://decbot.cemetech.net/scores/commandz works, but http://decbot.cemetech.net/scores/commandblockguy does not, even though the names are linked.

This is somewhat inconvenient particularly for API usage, as as far as I can tell, there is also no method of getting links for a particular user.
