Water got in my calculator, and now the screen is glitching out. What should i do?
Remove the battery immediately! Never power on a water damaged device. With any luck, the damage is only temporary.
Remove the motherboard from the calculator: https://www.ifixit.com/Teardown/TI-84+Plus+CE+Teardown/118886
Make sure to remove the lcd too.
You can follow this guide for cleaning the circuit board. Don't submerge the lcd in anything or you might destroy it. https://www.ifixit.com/Wiki/Electronics_Water_Damage#Section_Cleaning_Circuit_Boards

I opened it up, removed the water and then I applied the rubbing alcohol, is there anything i need to do to the screen itself? it's just a white blank screen with nothing on it.
Just let the lcd dry out. I don't know if cleaning supplies will degrade the ribbon cable. If there's water inside the lcd then the only feasible solution is to replace it.
