Server Error (500) When Updating Files

Title says all. Trying to upload an update to a file results in a server error.
Other people are doing it, so the title doesn't say it all. Need more information.

However I can look at error logs and guess that you were trying to upload an update to Cesium, which was affected by an issue that sometimes removed screenshots incorrectly (but still thought they were there). I've corrected that data issue so it should be fine now.
