Hello,
I arranged a Turkish classical song originally written for Oud for Guitar. The Oud is a Turkish lute. The song's intro is my interpretation fo the original opening on the Oud, expanded to be more fleshed out for the guitar's capabilities. I have linked a smartmusic link on the end of this post. Smartmusic is a sheet music learning platform that'll check your performance accuracy with your computer's microphone access and It'll highlight the notes you missed. You do need to set up a free account; this can be done with a simple google search of "smartmusic signup". If that doesn't work for you, you can always go to the second link, where the raw sheet music resides. This was originally a transposition for Mandolin, but I put it on Guitar to be more accessible. In the intro, the player doesn't need to follow the strict rhythms but should land on each barline on time. The tuning I recommend, from low to high, is E,F#,C#,f#,b,e, although you can always use another tuning too!
