How to include ROMs/Binaries in TI-83+ App Files

Hello! I am currently working on an MSX1 emulator for the TI-84+/TI-84+SE. I am still trying to think of possible approaches for how to do it, and I was particularly stuck on how to incorporate the BIOS and the ROM files into the app for testing and so I can also access it from my emulator program. If anyone has any ideas, feel free to post here!
I dont know much about this subject, but maybe you could include them as 8xv (appvar) files?

"TI-83+ App files" are just AppVars. you can just use tivars_lib_py or tivars_lib_cpp.
