I've been writing some programs on my TI-84 Plus CE, and most of them include the getKey command. Since getKey only checks for single presses (unless an arrow key is pressed), I was wondering if their was a way to check if the user was holding a button, not just tapping one.

P.S. Holding the arrow keys down is not an option, because they are used for other things.
If you're using C, ICE, or assembly, there are ways, yes. In BASIC, no.
Also, the only buttons that can be detected while held down using getKey are the arrows and [del].
I also use ICE, so that could work. How do you do it that way?
Edit: I finally figured it out! (Phew that took long Dry)
