TI says that the TI-nspire CX II has ‘TI-Basic programming enhancements’. Is this the first time TI has used the term TI-Basic (in either capitalization format)?

No it's not the first time. There was a topic like this made a few years ago mentioning something similar, but I can't seem to find it.

I remember seeing that topic go by but I think the conclusion was that TI has never referred to it as "TI-Basic".
It is a very faint afterglow of a memory though so I'm probably wrong 
EDIT: According to a younger Adriweb, TI has called it "TI-Basic" before.
