After a post, the SAX highlight that highlighted me had
<a href= and then the link, and then stuff I couldn't see.
I also kind of saw it was
[a href=, but I don't really remember.
As a clarification, this is referring not to the text popup in the bottom left of the screen, but the browser notification, which AFAIK does not support HTML tags of any kind.
The easiest solution would probably be to use the raw SAX message, before HTML is applied to the links, in the notification, rather than the message that is added to the highlight.
And also as another clarification, I use Chrome on Mac. I don't remember it happening before, so I was like wut.

Indeed, HTML is not allowed in notifications so far, so that's why you see those weird <a href=""></a> things. Showing it before changing links sounds actually like a good idea, I will take a look later if I can fix it!
