Is it possible to create one of these for the TI-83 Plus? I saw that it was used on the TI-84+, but I don't know if it's possible.
I assume you saw "WiFi globalCALCnet with the Spark Core"? That will also work with an 83+; it uses the I/O link port (not USB), so it'll work fine.
Great, now I need to find out if it's possible to add more storage to one of these calculators. I recall seeing somewhere about using a USB stick, but don't know if that was true.
You can indeed connect a USB mass storage device like a flash drive to the USB-enabled monochrome calculators (the TI-84 Plus and the TI-84 Plus Silver Edition). Unfortunately, that's not an option for the TI-83 Plus. I've always wanted to do something with ArTICL, an Arduino, and an SD card, though...
I might attempt the SparkCore for Wifi gCn, then see if Super Smash Bros for calculator is as good as it looks. Well, depending at the time my GraphLink comes.

Edit: I'll attempt to put an SD Card instead.
