Does anyone know where to learn/play Xiangqi?

I have been wanting to learn how to play xiangqi (or chinese chess) and i was wondering if anyone knew of a good place online to learn how to play it or to play it. (Also if anyone knows of any attempts to make a xiangqi calculator program Very Happy)
