I think that the null character on this calc might be its signing key or do something else cool.
I manually compiled the code into hex code and it appears to be missing half a byte.
Here is the hex code:

The last number is half of a byte.

I have found a glitch on the ti 84 plus ce that allows for all the characters that the calc is capable of displaying to be displayed, in the "Y=" menu.
This requires lowercase to be applied.
Hover over the "=" and press the alpha key twice to activate lowercase.
Hover over the "Y1=" and press enter.
Hover over the linestyle, and press second, then catalog.
Next, press the down arrow, then the up arrow.
Finally, hover over the "clear" option, select lowercase, then press enter.

This glitch doesn't always work.

There's nothing special about the data. It's just displaying a piece of memory that isn't a character sprite as if it were.
