Q3: 107 bytes (90 )
Q4: 24 bytes (7 too
)
But these are the sizes given by the [mem] menu, so, it includes the weight of the prog's names, etc ;P

Well, I don't know who really enters the contest since nobody has sent me anything yet (the deadline is Monday). But as far as I know, the number of interested people is at least the same as in 2014, which is not that bad, actually.
