You can resend new versions. I didn't list Ruby as one of the options because I don't know if all the judges have a way to run Ruby programs. What is required?
Pretty much nothing, it comes with OS X, you can easily install it with your package manager on Linux and for Windows there's an installer. Otherwise, there's various web interpreters such as this one or that one (my code gets its input via stdin, though).

EDIT: Down to 34! (but there's a deprecation warning but whatever I guess)
