So, what do you guys think of Minecraft 1.8?
I wish that the Guardians were a bit more impressive. When I heard the news about an ocean boss, I was expecting some gigantic Kraken-like creature.
I loved the world customization, barriers, slime blocks, banners, and most of all, the new commands. You can do all sorts of awesome things: for example, make a cube of glass trap all entities near the player with /execute. As far as I know, with the new commands, it is possible to make a Star Trek-like teleportation room, which I've been trying to do for a long time.
I also liked the new spectator mode: you can click on any mob to see things from its point of view.
Endermites are so lame: I think we can all agree on that.
Still on my wish list are moving ships, redstone logic gate blocks, another dimension, craftable saddles, cookable eggs, implemented zombie/skeleton horses, an Overworld dragon that lives deep in the Extreme Hills biome, and Herobrine. Actually, there are a lot more, but that's all I can remember.
