hey guys,
I would like some help on doing a very simple and very stupid .8Xu edit: changing the error messages. What software/hardware will i need to disassemble and reassemble the file?
Thanks in advance,
Mike
It's not feasibly possible to decompile an already compiled file. If you really have to then you'd have to access the actual OS file and edit each literal value. You would have to trial by fire EVERYTHING, which would frankly be a waste of time and effort and probably brick your device so hard you'd be better off leaving it on read.
So you can't... Sorry ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
There is a disassembly (though not commented or variable named)
here for either 2 TI84+ os's or TI84ses (I forget).

Yeah well we don't know what model he needs it for, sooo...
I wouldn't bother doing allathat for some simple error text
