Currently available on #ordelore and banned on #cemetech (Yeah, I know I wasn't given permission) is my IRC logger. Currently, it's a fork of CloudBot. I plan to eventually add support for automatic ops like Melisma on #cemetech. And if I decide to get ambitious, I might make an IRC linker for Omninet.
In the future, I recommend getting permission from Cemetech and Omnimaga before bringing in bots. Groups that have their own bots that perform the functions you're discussing generally don't love tons of other bots doing the same thing cluttering up the channel and potentially malfunctioning.
