not exactly a good argument, there are plenty of things that LOTS of people do that are evil. e.g. kill each other.
but I agree with you.
on the other hand, if robots ever become self aware, they are no longer tools and must be presented with the same freedoms as a human. on the other hand that still doesn't imply the creation of robots is wrong, simply that mistreating another sentient being is wrong
