Here we go, implemented and in action. Looks to me like this is a definite improvement. Any comments, positive or negative?
Edit: the eagle-eyes among you will notice that the scrollbar at the right side moves one pixel to the right in this screenie when the start menu is closed. I fixed that issue after I took this screenie but before I posted this post.

Pretty much, yeah. Although I want to work out my own secret-feature kind of thing that's extremely subtle but really awesome; still working on it.

Done. Doors CS automatically adds the quotes to upgrade programs in RAM, or refrains from adding it if the program is still archived. Correctly handles both :DCS and :DCS6-type headers.
