I have been trying to find a c++ compiler for the ti83+ calculator (actually the z80 in general), but so far, all i have found has been a bunch of 'c crosslinkers' but i do not know c... I am beginning to learn c++ (i m 13 but it still is hard) and i would really like to make fast programs on the calculator without having to learn asm (i started looking at it but its a bit more complicated and not as rewarding)

Does anyone know where i can find a good c++ compiler/linker for the calculater?

p.s. does c++ only work on higher level calculators (89's etc.) ??
As far as I know, you won't find a C++ compiler for ANY of the TI series, only C

The reason is quite simple, OOP takes more space - space calculators cannot afford (just look at the Java compiler for Ti-89s)

Fixed.

Nor I, although there are plenty of C compilers. You could talk to Kllrnohj if C is fine for you.
