Hasn't been posted yet on the forums, got the alert from a github email. arTIfiCE is not mine, just wanted this up ASAP.

Hooray!
About time, lol.

Time to start a GoFundMe to get YvanTT an Evo as TIny_Hacker said ;)

Praise be to YvanTT, the jailbreak man

Thank God I didn't go to sleep early or I would have missed this completely
Best Monday Ever. 😁 Hopefully the CE will stop getting updates since the box for the TI-84 Evo said the Evo will get continued OS support, but not for the CE!
Poor TI lmao
Cemetech always wins

I hope Yvantt's pillow is cold tonight.
Fantastic news, thank you YvanTT!
Our slogan:
We will, We will hack you! Hack you!
Erm, maybe not, jailbreaking and hacking aren't exactly the same...
A bit more information:

In 2020, after OS updates removed native programmability from the TI-84 Plus CE family, a user "YvanTT" released a jailbreak called ArTIfiCE to restore this previously officially supported feature. It quickly became a vital way to run shells, utilities, and games written in assembly or C, two languages that have traditionally been valuable ways for enterprising graphing calculator hobbyists to learn a more advanced STEM skill than the more primitive TI-BASIC on the calculators.

After five years, OS version 5.8.3 for the TI-84 Plus CE and OS 5.6.5 for the TI-82 Advanced Edition Python blocke ArTIfiCE; three months later, YvanTT released ArTIfiCE v2.0, again restoring native programmability. And following the pattern, OS 5.8.5.0047 for the TI-84 Plus CE once again blocked arTIfiCE in April of this year.

With the Back-to-School season now squarely behind us, YvanTT has released arTIfiCE v3 for TI-84 Plus CE OS 5.8.5, once again restoring native programmability in assembly and C, and once again making it possible to run the full library of community-created programs, utilities, and games for the TI-84 Plus CE from Cemetech and elsewhere. They also provided a well-written guide to installing arTIfiCE v3, including a handy FAQ ("Can I cheat with it?" "No. arTIfiCE only restores functionality TI calculators had for dozens of years and removed in recent OS versions. It is also not present in Press-To-Test (PTT) / exam mode, see below. arTIfiCE and arTIfi82 are in no way a cheating tool. Cheating is not condoned here in any way.").

Wow, is this the first time a news item has been posted which continued on an existing thread and not a new one?

I guess it's to prevent having 2 topics about arTIfiCE v3 but I'm not 100% sure ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Anyone else having issues? Followed the steps exactly but AsmHook2 still won't appear. I'm on 5.8.5.0074
You need to make sure to:

Install Ineuqalz App if not already on calc
Clear RAM [2nd] [+] [7] [1] [2] <- VERY IMPORTANT IF YOU SKIP IT OR DO NOT DO THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS IMMEDIATELY IT WILL NOT WORK!!!
Transfer arTIfiCE.8xp to RAM!!! IF YOU TRANSFER TO ARCHIVE IT WILL NOT WORK!
Launch Ineuqalz, press any key to dismiss the splash screen, stay on y= screen
While still on y= screen transfer INEQUVAR.8xv
When the transfer completes your calculator will appear to crash and reboot and it should be installed
App still isn't appearing. Saw on the website that it's supposed show a ram clear when transferring the appvar, but when I send it and overwrite INEQUVAR, it just sends me back to the home screen on mine. Unsure

Edit: Fixed it, when it asked me to overwrite, it kicked me out of Inequalz. Reopening it and going back to the y= screen, then overwriting the var worked.
